Functional Creativity Specialist, Part of QP Arabia, Working with PIF, NDF and advising ministers.
A J Dawe is a master storyteller, motivator strategist and creative force who thrives at the intersection of narrative and innovation. He specialises in helping leaders, brands and organisations uncover the single emotional thread that connects them to their audience - then shaping that into powerful content, campaigns and identities.
For more than two decades, Alex has directed, written, and produced creative work across the UK and the Middle East with National Development Fund and the Public Investment Fund subsidiaries. As the creator of the unique proposition, Functional Creativity, his philosophy balances imagination with impact: harnessing creativity not as indulgence but as a force that drives business results, cultural change and human connection.
Mike MALIG
Group Director and Producer
Mike is a Group Director and Producer at nowhere. As one of the first pioneers of the Creative Catalyst role in nowhere, he now specialises in creating and leading processes that support innovation in large-scale transformation projects for global businesses and corporations.
With a first-class degree in Design from Ravensbourne College and a Masters in Design from the Royal College of Art, his passion has led him to create and produce workshop and meeting practices that combine human processes with space and artifacts to effect change for individuals and teams.
